Guard White hardened iron, pyramid-shaped pommel with golden grooves, grip wrapped in silver wire, and decorations matching the pommel.
Blade Straight and wide, with two grooves in the strong third and double-edged up to the clipped tip.
Inscription GREGORIO DE ARRIETA-IN DOMINO CONFIDO-LVPVS AGVADO-EN SAN CLEMENTE. Date: 1567.
Ownership Analysis Attributed to King Philip II, although it likely belonged to Gregorio de Arrieta, as indicated by the inscription.
