Guard Gilded brass, with a long knuckle-bow, a ring in the same style, protective basket with quillons and monogram “CVII” under a royal crown.
Blade Slightly curved with a large central hollow, edge to the tip and slight false edge on the blade.
Scabbard Black leather, with fittings, brass tip and two rings.
Inscription GOD, PATRIOTISM AND KING
Origin French manufacture, inspired by models of the “Chasseurs de Vicennes”.
