Hilt Entirely gilded brass. Lantern-shaped pommel with lion heads and a button. Fusiform wooden pommel, wired with twisted wire and smooth wire, secured by two ferrules. Decorated guard and base with chiseled grapevine design.
Blade Straight, flat in the first two thirds, flat on the inside spine and with a sharpened outside edge. False edge on the blade tip.
