Name Official Saber of the Intervention Corps
Hilt Completely made of white metal, alpaca or silver, with a pommel-guard shaped as a lion’s head. Openwork cup with vegetal motifs. Quillon in the shape of a lion dog’s head. Emblem of the Intervention Corps.
Blade Slightly curved, with ridges on the first third on the outer side and edge on the other two thirds extending to the ricasso. Inscription on the inner spine.
Scabbard Also made of alpaca, with a clasp and its ring.

Emblem Description A sun among oak branches, topped with a royal crown.
