Hilt | Gilded metal. Pommel shaped as a lion’s head with a beard on a faceted screw. Grip with black plastic scales secured by two pin screws. Guard formed by a ring, base plate that extends inward through a tongue-shaped quillon, and two quillons enclosing a front oval with the Civil Guard emblem under a royal crown, positioned perpendicular to the blade. |
Blade | Straight, with a square back on the inside from the blade’s base to the start of the final third. Cutting edge on the outside. Fuller running parallel to the back. Weak third with two facets on each side. |
Scabbard | Iron, with chape and one suspension ring. |
