Guard Made of iron, somewhat rough but very sturdy. The cup is whole, with an upper rim and short bridges that serve a dual purpose: support and reinforce the ring and the knuckle bow.
Blade Straight, with three grooves in the forte. Edges on both sides from the beginning to the tip.

Description An almost exact sword to this one was found in southern Mexico and other similar ones in Cuba and Florida. They are called Caribbean rapier swords made in the New World, where functionality prevails.
