Guard | Made of iron, very sturdy, composed of a brass pommel in a spinning top shape with a knob. Flat and thick cup with lobed edges. Excessively twisted quillons in the opposite direction. Cylindrical counterguard with notch. Handguard ring. Decoration of iron “olives” covered in brass. |
Blade | Straight, with gentle grooves in the first quarter and a fuller almost to the tip. Edge on the inside and outside along its entire length. |
