Description | The presented saber speaks for itself about how manufacturers rushed to offer federal republican militia new emblems in line with the times. It was logical amidst the drafting of the Federal Constitutional Project of 1873. These designs were not destined to last. On January 2, 1874, General Pavía, a unitary republican who was not a federalist, stormed the Cortes and put an end to these projects and, along with that, to their specific white arms. |
