Guard	Made of solid brass, finished with a lion’s head pommel, straight quillon crossguard, and a central escutcheon bearing a hunting horn of the Hunter Battalions.
Blade	Wide, falchion-shaped, flat back, with a false edge marked on the inside of the tip and cutting edge on the outside.
Scabbard	Leather, with a brass throat and chape gilded.
Inscription	FABRICA DE TOLEDO
