| Guard | Iron, wide, with full knuckle guard and Infantry emblem on the front. Rounded on the inside, without back curve or quillon. Pommel in a wide-based truncated conical cap. Ergonomic grip, checkered wooden grips. Two screw pins and one eyelet on the ring. |
| Blade | Slightly curved, with a ricasso, full edge with narrow flat surfaces on the outside and flat spine on the inside up to the ricasso with back edge. Gentle fullers. |
