Guard	Iron, wide, with full knuckle guard and Infantry emblem on the front. Rounded on the inside, without back curve or quillon. Pommel in a wide-based truncated conical cap. Ergonomic grip, checkered wooden grips. Two screw pins and one eyelet on the ring.
Blade	Slightly curved, with a ricasso, full edge with narrow flat surfaces on the outside and flat spine on the inside up to the ricasso with back edge. Gentle fullers.
Scabbard	Iron, nickel-plated, with clasp and ring.
Inscription	ARTILLERY TOLEDO FACTORY. Emblem on the cup indicating Infantry use.
