| Guard | Consists of a closed cup guard with knucklebow, made of gilded brass, folding guard or hinge on the reverse side, and on the front, an anchor with bar under a royal crown. Pommel with continuous cord formed by a lion’s head. Twisted and also gilded quillon. Grip covered in black shagreen and wrapped with copper wire. |
| Blade | Classic Navy style, curved, with a cord spine, cutting edge on the outside, and a “carp tongue” blade, that is, with a central ridge and a slight false edge. |
