Name Official Sword of the Walona Infantry Royal Guards

Hilt Entirely silver, ring, plain crossguard, pommel in helmet shape, silver grip with “GSW” emblem under a crown, collar, and a recazo pin, coquille-shaped basket, and a shell-shaped guard.
Blade Straight, with a square face and back in the first third, two faces and two edges in the remaining two-thirds.
Scabbard Likely made of leather, with a silver throat and chape.
Inscription RL Factory of Toledo Year 1817 – RS GS WS. Silver punch “of 1817 and Z.M.”
Description Silver sword, used by chiefs and officers of the Royal Guard. In 1817, it was part of King Ferdinand VII’s outer guard. It disappeared in 1818 with the regiment change.
