Name	P.S. Cavalry Officer Saber-Sword Model 1908
Hilt	Consists of a closed steel cup, round inside, with a rim around the entire perimeter, without quillon, and progressively narrowing towards the pommel. Wide guard allows display of the Cavalry emblem.
Blade	Puerto Seguro model, straight, with a ricasso, square back on the inside, edge on the outside, flat-ground fuller, and a groove on the last third of the back. Point aligned with the axis of symmetry.
Scabbard	Nickel-plated iron with chape and suspension ring clamp. Symmetrical tip.
Inscription	ARTILLERÍA FCA NACIONAL TOLEDO
Description	The P.S. saber-sword for cavalry chiefs and officers was provisional according to the Royal Order of August 27, 1908, although due to its prolonged use it is considered a standard model.
